About Our Client

Our client is a MNC Retail Brand who focus on lifestyle products. They have established over 80 years and have business over 20+ countries . They are now expanding rapidly and looking for a high calibre candidate to join as a Finance & Administration Manager for their aggressive business plan in coming years.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising team of 3 people for daily accounting operations
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end closing reports.
  • Handle group consolidation, commercial analysis, prepare budget/forecast
  • Manage accounting, inventory, audit, and tax matters of the Group
  • Manage the payroll of the Group
  • Management of all secretarial and legal matters
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and assigned duties.
  • Responsible for company administrative, HR duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any relevant disciplines.
  • Preferably 8+ years' relevant experience in Audit/Accounting/Finance
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive personality and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
  • ERP experience - preferable (Navision AX)
  • Understanding and experience of working with retail stores and logistics preferably in an MNC
