您将负责围绕公司的投资规划，协助制定投资计划等；负责收集、筛选符合投资指引的投资项目；负责项目投资的交易架构及退出设计，组织项目执行及中介团队拟制投资文件、组织尽调、进行财务分析及投资估值、牵头完成交易谈判等。You will lead the investment in deal origination, market research, project due diligence, financial modelling and exit of the project.

Job Description

岗位职责

  • 主导科技领域股权投资项目，从项目筛选、尽职调查到交易执行
  • Lead the whole cycle of early-stage investment in technology sectors, from deal sourcing to execution.
  • 建立并维护与创业者、行业专家、投资人之间的深度关系网络
  • Establish solid network with professional, entrepreneurs, and other investors.
  • 洞察行业趋势，撰写投资分析报告与行业研究
  • Identify industry trends and write investment analysis reports and industry research.

The Successful Applicant

任职要求

  • 拥有顶尖高校硕士及以上学历
  • Degree holder from a reputable insitution.
  • 6年以上风险投资、券商投行、资产管理等金融机构从业经验，过往科技项目投资业绩良好，有丰富的投资项目退出管理经验
  • 6 years above working experiences in Venture Capitals, Investment banks etc. Good track record in deals execution and exit.
  • 具备扎实的经济、金融、财务建模、估值分析及谈判技巧，具有行业分析、项目分析、投资估值等经验，并熟知具体方法和流程
  • Solid financial modelling, accounting, negotiation, valuation skills.
  • 熟悉科技行业发展趋势，具备独立判断与项目执行能力
  • Familiar with technology industry trends, and can carry out projects individually.
