It is to overall manage the day to day factory operations and short/long term planning for the groups he/she managed.Job Description· Oversee all aspects of the factory management.· Maintain smooth work flow between direct reports/departments such as production, injection, EHS and maintenance dept, and resolve any interdepartmental conflicts.· Ensures the factory stays on schedule and keeps commitments. Ensures factory meets the goals set by the management team.· Maintains on time production commitments· Maintain facilities efficient to meet the high standards.· Review with management team on a regular basis to ensure goals are being completed and develop new goals based on needs.· Prepare Budgets within deadlinesThe Successful Applicant· Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a factory in consumer electronics/home appliance industry.· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.· Fluent in speaking and reading in both Mandarin and English.· Good communication and management skills is high require (soft skills)· Judgment / Decision Making - Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making.
