About Our Client
My client is a reputable luxury retail brand in globe, with their fast growing business, they are looking for a Facility Specialist to join their HK team.
Responsible for in-house office relocation and maintenance work
From planning to delivery, including construction, logistic planning, contract administration, relocation, site safety supervision and quality assurance work
Assist to prepare documents such as proposal, budget and analysis in the field of renovation project for Management's review and approval
Coordinate with the internal stakeholders and contractors to arrange the ad hoc repair & maintenance for the general offices
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above in Building Services/ E&M Engineering/ Construction Management or related discipline
- More than 5 years Facilities Management experience in office projects
- Proficiency in Auto CAD
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
