Job Description

  • Develop and execute ETF sales strategies to expand market share in Hong Kong and overseas markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, private banks, asset managers, and other key distribution channels
  • Educate clients on ETF products, market trends, and investment strategies to drive adoption and usage
  • Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and client support
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from a 211/985 or QS Top 100 university, major in Finance preferred, or CFA designation
  • Minimum 8+ years of financial industry experience in Hong Kong, familiar with local market and regulatory environment
  • At least 5+ years of ETF sales experience with a strong track record in Hong Kong or international markets
  • In-depth understanding of ETF products, market structure, and regulatory requirements
  • Established network of institutional and intermediary clients in the region
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
