Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive technical decisions and collaborate with product and design teams to prioritize and lead development efforts;
  • Conduct high-quality programming for both frontend and backend;
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, starting with freelancers and eventually hiring full-time talent;
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting their growth and adherence to best practices;
  • Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security;
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for successful completion;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance performance and scalability;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.



MUST HAVE

  • Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing Nestjs applications;
  • Strong Experience with (TypeScript)
  • In-depth knowledge of the (Nest.js) framework;
  • Proficiency in (Vue 3)



GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience with scalable SaaS systems using microservices architecture;
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Docker orchestration tools.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
  • Extensive experience with databases, preferably SQL and PostgreSQL.
