Job Description

  • Perform regular data analysis/financial analysis on cost trends and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Review and validate expense submissions to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Interpret financial data to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations for expense control.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to align reporting standards and improve expense tracking processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by computing, classifying, and reconciling expense-related data.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • 6+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem-solving in Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with expense claim systems and data analysis in excel (e.g. Vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese) including Chinese reading skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work in a dynamic team.
