They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter, with excellent stakeholder management and relationship building ability, familiar with working in sizeable firms with a complexity in organizational structure, to handle 360 recruitment process, working directly with senior hiring managers in the corporation.

Job Description

  • Deliver best in class executive recruitment process for Hong Kong office with a variety of group level, corporate and operational functions
  • Work closely with business heads to provide end to end recruitment services, including candidate attraction, mapping and networking, package and offering discussions to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Proactively engage hiring manager on decision making and educate leaders with best practices, candidate strategies, talent selections and future succession planning
  • Develop recruitment strategies on talent attraction and generation to achieve organizational and business goals
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with recruitment agencies, manage their effective service delivery in alignment with our strategic human capital goals in recruitment and business needs.
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid in-house talent acquisition experience from sizable corporation, ideally with executive search firm experience
  • Strong business acumen, highly capable with stakeholder management ability
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
  • Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English, ideally with Mandarin and Cantonese
