As the Executive Director of Corporate Sales in the financial services industry, you will be responsible for driving strategic client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role is based in Hong Kong and offers an opportunity to lead impactful sales initiatives in the banking and financial services department.

Job Description

As a Executive Director of Corporate Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong.
  • Identifying client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions within the banking and financial services department.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance client offerings and service delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong background in financial services, particularly in banking and financial services sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent understanding of financial products and solutions.
