About Our Client

Our client is a well-established company in the business services industry. This organisation operates as a mid-sized firm and values efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery. They work with high profile clients and requires someone who operates with discretion. They are looking for an EA to work alongside a Senior EA for secretarial support but also to meet potential business clients. This role will require someone who has strong language and communication skills, particularly English, additional Chinese languages advantage too.

Will require to travel to meet clients and to assist with PowerPoint presentations

Job Description

The EA will have the following duties

  • Working along side the senior secretary for business development opportunities
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Formatting and drafting pitch books and business proposals
  • Being an effective gatekeeper
  • Monitoring and managing email correspondence and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for the department.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the business services operations.
  • Travelling on the role when required to meet clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA should have

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - in particular strong confidence in PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel on the job
