Job Description

  • Provide secretarial support to regional President of Finance Department
  • Serve as the first contact point, arrange schedules and appointments for the President
  • Arrange regular regional meetings, prepare agenda and meeting minutes
  • Prepare regular dashboard and sales report, maintain and update data in system
  • Support office administration such as maintaining office appliance and managing meeting rooms, prepare monthly office expenses reports
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by President

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 years or above secretarial experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skill and organization skill
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
