About Our Client

My client is a FMCG who is looking for a passionate EA to support senior management. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player. The role will be based in New Territories

They are looking for an EA with strong project management experience - experience within a marketing team will have an advantage

Job Description

The EA will have the following duties

  • Calendar management and inbox management
  • Handle travel arrangements and hotel logistics
  • Preparation of meetings, presentations and consolidation of reports
  • To handle the personal matters when required
  • Expense claims and invoice management
  • To help with events and product launches
  • Strong follow up with projects, status, updates and updating with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The EA will have the following background

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 5 years solid experience in supporting senior management
  • Strong language skills- especially in English and Mandarin, fluency in Cantonese also required
  • Must be proactive, take initiative and a team player
  • Strong project management experience required
  • Open to candidates with strong
  • Candidates with short notice will have an advantage
