Job Description
- Conduct market research and analysis with a focus on the Chinese Property sector
- Prospectus writing and extract necessary information from the company prospectus efficiently
- Present industry findings to the management and partners to identify potential opportunities
- Build, maintain and update company forecast and valuation models
- Work on ad-hoc assignments when required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Finance related disciplines
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Familiar and have experience in equity desks
- Strong understanding of financial products and markets
- Strong IT literacy and PC skills
