Primarily involved in structural fabrication, integrating practical production insights. Provide recommendations to clients and aim to facilitate the production.Develop prototype involving manual fabrication and evaluate the final prototype's effectiveness based on client preferences or general stylistic guidelines.Maintain and manage comprehensive BOM to facilitate production planning, and procurement to optimize cost efficiency.Provide insights to suppliers for mold development including stamping, die casting and injection molding. Ensure material quality from suppliers.Coordinate and oversee the NPI process, from initial design, trial production to full-scale production, ensuring seamless transition and timely execution.Production/OperationCommunicate directly with clients to solve product techniques and quality issues during the production process. Establish an internal mechanism for effective communication.Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across production processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Continuously source new technologies, methods and machines to simplify production and improve efficiency.The Successful ApplicantMajor in mechanical engineering or relatedMore than 10 years of product development, engineering, and operation experience in furniture industry.
