About Our Client

Our client is a Leading FMCG manufacturer with decades of history and great market presence. They are now looking for an Engineering Manager for its GMP Production Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth plant operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate project execution.

Job Description

  • Lead the Engineering team to ensure the optimal performance of production equipment and essential facility systems
  • Implement and monitor the Safety Management System, conduct routine site safety inspections, and address safety-related matters
  • Gather project requirements from stakeholders, finalise project briefs, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain efficient facility operations
  • Manage contractual and technical aspects of all engineering projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines
  • 8 years+ of Engineering experience in Manufacturing, preferably in GMP or HACCP-accredited manufacturing plants
  • Strong expertise in HVAC systems, Purified Water Systems, and related equipment
  • Familiarity with automation of production equipment
  • Strong understanding of government regulations and public utility requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
