About Our Client
Our client is a well-established education solution provider with multiple business lines in education fields. In line of their long term strategic planning and also short term needs subject to changing environments, they are looking for a leader who can help transform the business model of the existing education business.
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be tasked to build a team with key objectives of transforming the education business, with the help of EdTech. Riding on the rich external support, you will need to act as the key focal point and project manager to look into the existing business needs, sales cycle and operational model to revamp in order to enhance learning experience (both online and offline). As time goes by, you will be required look at the opportunities to create a multi-purpose online platform so that you can further create synergy among all education business units in order to further drive customer loyalty and cross-selling opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have excellent project management experience. Prior education industry experience is a big plus while you should be demonstrating strong interest in education sector (especially EdTech). Background and knowledge in IT is critical as lots of the initiatives are tech-related. You should be a digital savvy individual who is comfortable working in a start-up department and highly entrepreneurial environment.
