About Our Client
Our client is a US- based multinational retailer with global operation. Hong Kong is their key hub for APAC regional business and currently they are looking for talent who is strong in managing day to day operation for 3rd party sites (e.g. T-mall, Zalora and Amazone,etc.) and driving sales growth for online business.
Reporting to the VP of Commercial, APAC, you will be the team lead role to be responsible for its e-business in APAC. You will need to operate its 3rd party ecommerce sites and branded e-site on a day to day basis. You will identify new partnership/e-marketplaces to drive new revenue streams for sales growth. You will work closely with regional and local digital marketing team to ensure overall digital strategies and objectives are aligned with HQ guideline. You will need to review the performance of both ecommerce site and external e-marketplaces through digital data analysis on a regular basis. You will also need to prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports to the VP of commercial.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated in marketing, e-business, digital or a related discipline. You will have a minimum of 8 years in operating an e-platform in a regional capacity. Working experience with large third party ecommerce partners is BIG plus. Ideal candidate should have an ability to manage various data sets and insights and reports. Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent command of English and one other Asian language (Mandarin or Japanese) are required.
