About Our Client
My client is a world leading retail brand.
Report to HR Director.
The primary focus will include, but is not limited to:
Partner with cross-functional teams in collating and ensuring agreement on online training requirements and content development for all departments in global GS offices.
Work with L&D to assess the use of appropriate digital systems and technology to utilize for the knowledge sharing and training.
Liaise with external vendors on the development and implementation of system requirements and content.
Improve the GS Academy platform (E-Learning Platform) by creating meaningful and effective content.
Collaborate with L&D and HRIS teams in providing cross-functional system training to internal stakeholders.
Implement effective communication initiatives to ensure the acceptance and buy-in of employees to utilize the GS Academy platform.
Responsible for user-acceptance testing (UAT) to evaluate system usefulness and provide feedback to vendors in ensuring a smooth system prior to roll-out.
Provide end-user support to internal stakeholders on all system-related queries.
Provide attendance, training progress status and other ad-hoc reports, as well as feedback on online learning for HR analysis.
Work with L&D and external vendors as a subject matter expert (SME) to evaluate, negotiate and implement new system updates that enhance training effectiveness and virtual learning capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
European nationality and under 28 years old to be eligible for a VIE contract.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (excluding internship & apprenticeship) in video-editing or e-Learning content creation.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and well-organised with hands-on approach.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Fluent in oral & written English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
