Job Description

As Division Manager for the Pest Control Division, you will lead and motivate a team of various professionals, including service, quality assurance, and sales managers. Your role involves formulating strategic business plans, driving sales growth, and managing P&L responsibilities. You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders across marketing, technical, regulatory, finance, and supply chain to execute projects and deliver exceptional value to customers. A key part of your role will be leading change management initiatives, leveraging regional resources to strengthen local operations, and ensuring digital transformation projects are successfully implemented. Customers include leading foodservice and hospitality brands, requiring strong presentation skills and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

You hold a degree and are fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. With 6-8 years of B2B sales and service leadership experience, ideally in foodservice, hospitality, or industrial sectors, you bring a proven track record of managing large teams and driving business growth. You are strategic, resilient, and tech-savvy, with strong influencing skills, talent management experience, and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
