Job Description

  • Capital Raising: Assist in the development and execution of capital-raising strategies for new funds, including preparing marketing materials and presenting to potential investors.
  • Investor Relations: Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, providing them with timely updates on fund performance and market trends.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments, utilizing various valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform investment strategies and capital solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams to structure financing solutions that align with the firm's investment objectives and portfolio company needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing fundraising progress and investor feedback.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8- 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in preparing compelling materials for investors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
