A modern, globally recognised fashion brand with headquarter in Europe. With over a decade of history, the brand has built a strong international wholesale presence in US, Europe and Asia. With global production and a strong creative DNA, the company is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in operational excellence and technology.

The Director of Operations & Logistics will oversee global logistics, wholesale operations, systems infrastructure, and the professional development of the Operations & Logistics teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on strategy, system integration, and departmental scaling.

Job Description

  • Lead the Operations & Logistics team with structure development, KPIs and SOPs
  • Manage UK/EU/Asia/US 3PL partners
  • Control shipping and freight costs (finished goods & raw materials)
  • Oversee inventory movements across three global warehouses
  • Act as final authority on customs, HTS codes, and compliance
  • Identify new software solutions to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency
  • Oversee seasonal allocations, credit approvals, and vendor splits



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • 10+ years Operations and Logistics experience in global Retail companies, preferably in Fashion
  • Leadership experience at Director/Head of level
  • Strong technical systems knowledge
  • Proven experience scaling teams and developing talent
  • Expert in US/EU customs, HTS classification, duty optimisation
  • Strong analytical and P&L management skills
  • Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
