Job Description

As Director, Talent & Organization Development, reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will lead the establishment of a newly formed talent management function supporting the organisation's transformation agenda. You will be responsible for shaping and driving enterprise‑wide talent and organisational development strategies, including talent development, succession and manpower planning, skills gap analysis, performance management, leadership development and competency framework design. Working closely with business and corporate functions, you will co‑create and embed a robust competency model aligned to current and future capability needs. You will develop and execute talent strategies that directly support business objectives, while leading organisation development initiatives to enhance performance, engagement and cultural alignment. The role includes designing leadership programmes to build future leadership pipelines, partnering with senior leaders on change and transformation initiatives, and using talent analytics to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. You will build and lead a high‑performing team to deliver these priorities, ensuring governance, consistency and alignment with industry best practices across the global organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Talent & Organization Development should have:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 12-15 years of Talent Management & Organization Development background from sizable companies. We are building a team, open to candidates at a Director, Manager and Assistant Manager level.
  • Proven expertise in talent management and organizational development within the supply chain, airline, engineering or other industries with a large workforce
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing competency model, leadership development and training programs.
  • Knowledge of change management practices and cultural transformation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs and measure program outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
