You will be responsible for shaping and driving enterprise‑wide talent and organisational development strategies, including talent development, succession and manpower planning, skills gap analysis, performance management, leadership development and competency framework design. Working closely with business and corporate functions, you will co‑create and embed a robust competency model aligned to current and future capability needs. You will develop and execute talent strategies that directly support business objectives, while leading organisation development initiatives to enhance performance, engagement and cultural alignment. The role includes designing leadership programmes to build future leadership pipelines, partnering with senior leaders on change and transformation initiatives, and using talent analytics to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. You will build and lead a high‑performing team to deliver these priorities, ensuring governance, consistency and alignment with industry best practices across the global organisation.The Successful ApplicantA successful Director, Talent & Organization Development should have:Degree holder with a minimum of 12-15 years of Talent Management & Organization Development background from sizable companies.
