Our client is a reputable and well-established insurance firm with growing business in multiple markets. They have business in more than 10 locations with over 20,000 employees. With the ongoing developments in the organization, an opportunity has arisen for a passionate, experienced and resourceful talent experienced in organizational development, talent management and performance management to take up the role.

Job Description

  • Development talent agenda and strategies on leadership & organizational development, succession planning, executive coaching, cultural building and HI-PO management
  • Oversee organization cultural reform program and liaise with key stakeholders and HR partners regularly on process and update
  • Manage full cycle of talent management process, drive various talent programs, graduate program, and organizational development initiatives
  • Establish talent development framework based on market best practices and bring in new insights to the business on various talent strategies
  • Propose your HR advisory, policies, and guidelines on talent strategy to maintain a healthy pipeline talents, aligning with organizational goals and objectives, through working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Lead and design performance management program and activities to foster a high performing, goal oriented, and productive culture with the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid and stable experience in talent development and organizational development from sizable corporations; experience from insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management in developing talent strategies
  • Passionate, logical, and project management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are required, and excellent command in written English and Chinese is expected
  • Bachelor degree in HR or relevant disciplines
