This is a strategic role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, business acumen, and the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a degree holder with a minimum of 20 years in HR & Admin preferably having covered a wide scope of HR responsibilities for sizable companies across recruitment, talent review, 360 performance management, learning, talent & organization development. You will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, preferably with a stable track record of working in front line driven industries.
