About Our Client

My client is a global leading IT service provider which focuses on digital technology products, they have developed a strong team in Hong Kong. Under a flexible and collaborative environment, they are planning to further enhance their customer experience service and currently looking for a Director to lead innovative strategies for customer experience.

Job Description

  • Proactively initiating improvement plans for customers services provided by various technical support team including but not limited to pre-sales, troubleshooting, service delivery and incident & problem
  • Create spontaneous technical support strategies according to major problems in different technology mediums, thus improve customer experience
  • Drive business insights based on customer data and design new work flows, documentations, training
  • Set up KPI and measurements to identify ultimate goals for different customer support teams
  • Develop and lead a new team to execute all newly launched improvement plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or above in Computer Science, Information System, Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • At least 10 years' experience in user support or customer services with at least 5 years in leading a sizable team
  • Experience from IT, media and technology product industry will be an advantage
  • Experience from within a fast-paced organization
  • Understanding of technology or new economy businesses advantageous
  • Fluent verbal and written English as most communication will be English
