Our client is the largest and first property investment trust firm in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific; They're going through a digital transformation right now within the group, we're looking for a IT Project Manager for business re-engineering and project management;

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for internal group IT digital applications projects and manage overall projects implementation with offshore development team/ vendors;
Manage IT vendors to ensure quality in deliverables of products and services on time;
Coordinate with stakeholders and manage expectations;
Consolidate and analyze business requirements to propose feasible and practical solution(s), and corresponding requirements and design are required to be documented;
Requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management, SIT, UAT and launch planning;
Prepare training material and provide end user training;
Resource planning and communicate with various internal teams and cope with a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements:

University in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ E-commerce, or related disciplines;
Good command in spoken Mandarin is a MUST;
Strong vendors/ Offshore Development Team management skills;
At least 7+ years of Project Management experience in digital application(s)/ work-flow automation/ eCommerce system projects;
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience in Regional role will be a plus but not mandatory.
