He / she should be Either technically sound and involved in data visualization tool (PowerBI) enhancement and adoption as well as API, cloud adoption ORStrong AI mindset and with good exposure in data management (particularly within the HR data space)

Our client is a sizeable and well-known multi-national organization with steady business performance over years. With their recent expansion plan across APAC, they are now looking for new Digital Solution Managers to lead regional projects for them.

Job Description

  • Taking the lead in driving regional IT and digital projects
  • Ensuring the end-to-end project delivery in good quality
  • Serving internal clients on requirements gathering
  • Identifying the needs for business via analytics tools and converting them into prioritized projects
  • Working with various teams internally and managing external vendors to deliver prioritized projects for business efficiency enhancement
  • Leading the corresponding UATs

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong AI mindset and with good exposure in data management (particularly within the HR data space)



Other requirements include

  • Ability to demonstrate strong project management skills, vendor management skills, stakeholder management skills, self-driven mentality, a to-do attitude
  • Outstanding English and Chinese language skills
  • Holders of Bachelor Degree or above in Information Management or equivalent
