About Our Client
Our client is the HK's well-known bank with a very strong digital team for upcoming online platforms. Due to the expansion of the business, they are currently adding new headcount within their business and looking for an innovative UX expert to work on diverse and exciting projects.
Reporting to Senior Digital Product Manager, you are accountable for leading customer and business requirements activity for digital products delivery by adopting Agile methodology. You will work closely with the Product Owner to develop the roadmap, generate new ideas and shape the outcomes. To ensure digital deliverables meet the business and customer requirements, you are required to conduct in-depth analysis of customer journey and functionality to identify effective solution design and make sure all the deliverables are customer-ready. As a Product Manager, you will also lead and facilitate the collaboration with specialists across digital disciplines such as User Experience, Product Management, Engineering, IT across sprints.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should be a university graduate with at least 5 years of working experience of managing a team leading requirements activity to support the delivery of digital products and features across regions or markets. Solid understanding of loans originations journey across digital platforms is highly preferred. Leadership experience in Agile/Scrum is a must. You should think out of the box to achieve the goal by removing blockers instead of identifying the current limitations. Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion is critical.
The right candidate should have excellent business mindset and communications, proficiency in written and spoken English AND Chinese is a must.
