Our Client is looking for an experienced performance marketing and digital marketing expert in this newly created role. You will lead and implement comprehensive SEO/GEO digital strategies to drive growth and engagement within Mainland China and Asia markets. This role is based in Macau and our client is open for candidates to relocate.

Our client is a well-known global luxury hospitality brand and they are now recruiting this brand new headcount to join their team.

Job Description

Our client is looking to hire between Senior Manager to Director level, depending on the experience of the candidate.The responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing SEO/GEO strategies to drive their performance across Mainland China and Asia Markets.
  • Bring forth and utilize new AI and additional technologies to help enhance their digital marketing performance and execution.
  • Overseeing the performance of digital campaigns and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize insights and analyze brand, market trends and market data to drive their continuous GEO/SEO strategies.
  • Leading and coaching a small team to achieve success.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience within the digital marketing space, with a strong background in performance marketing and SEO/GEO strategy and execution.
  • Strong experience in managing paid media budgets and a strong track record in achieving ROI and company goals.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, new AI technology, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience within Mainland China market and a strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms is a must.
  • This candidate must be analytical, driven and strategic.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
