Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategy to promote the company's brands across online channels. This role will oversee all aspects of the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support the company's goals
  • manage the company's social media channels, including developing a content calendar, creating/curating posts, and engaging with followers
  • maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels
  • oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, high-quality content (e.g. blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters) to attract and nurture attraction and leads
  • plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and maintain the brand's digital presence
  • create and maintain a content calendar to deliver targeted content
  • stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies in the Real estate/ Property industry
  • manage and oversee the work of any external digital marketing vendors or agencies
  • develop and monitor campaign budgets

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • minimum 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, experienced from the real estate or properties development industry is an advantage
  • proven track record of successfully planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • social media & digital savvy, has a strong sense of creativity and has a passion for Marketing
  • up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
