This position is the key driver of the company's CRO (conversation rate optimisation) strategies. Leading up to the design process of CRO strategies, the Digital Marketing Manager will identify change opportunities, define requirements, run tests*, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects achieving results within timeline. The optimisation of digital marketing efforts also involves collaborating with global insight teams in data analysis and complex problem solving. Overall, the position is thoroughly a team player within the digital marketing team with colleagues from various specialization.*Tests include A/B tesing, Mulvariate testing, personalization, content targeting, etc
The Successful Applicant
Candidates are expected to have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing optimisation, particularly in A/B testing, multivariate testing, digital analytics, data/insights. Proficiencies in these tools are necessary to succeed in this role:
- Google Analytics, Tableau, Omniture
- Sitecore, Adobe, Experience Manager
- Google Optimize, Optimizely
The candidate should also demonstrate in-depth knowledge in performance marketing, content marketing, and tag management systems. Excellent soft skills in taking initiatives, influencing, and collaborating are key success factors in this role. Both English and Chinese are required for internal and external communications. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Manager role.
Members of the marketing team are degree holders in various subjects.
