About Our Client
Our client is global FMCG group focusing on food with quality brands in more than 100 countries on six continents. They are now looking for a Digital & CRM Manager to enhance their social and digital exposure.
You will be responsible for managing and executing Facebook campaigns, CRM strategies for loyalty programme and handling eCommerce projects. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work with Brand Managers and an Assistant Marketing Manager and supervise end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. You will need to coordinate vendors on mobile app for loyalty programme and enhance the awareness on the platform. You will work closely with eCommerce team members and cross departments/ functions to achieve business goals.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be a degree holder with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in the FMCG/retail industries. Candidates with both in-house and agency background would be an advantage. This position requires excellent communication skills in both spoken/written Chinese and English.
