About Our Client

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a leading organization in the insurance industry. This is a newly created headcount within the High Net Worth team, offering exposure to digital transformation projects and operational excellence initiatives.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Suggest effective solution for project team
  • Perform data analysis using Excel and Power BI to track case progress, pending applications, and new business submissions.
  • Support system integration and automation initiatives to streamline processes.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality delivery of solutions.
  • Provide insights and reporting to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Handle a mix of project work and BAU tasks within a dynamic team environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Information Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in insurance industry (Life/Operations experience is a plus).
  • Hands on with business requirement gathering, functional specification review and user acceptance test execution is a huge plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with automation tools. Skillful in VBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage data-driven projects and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
