Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsTier 1 International FirmLeading Industry ExposureAbout Our ClientThis global financial institution combines global expertise and cutting-edge technology to stay ahead of the competition and provide essential operational and technical support to its businesses worldwide, improving service and efficiency.Job DescriptionAccountable for digital business / customer behaviour requirements activities for 2024 Credit / Debit Card related projects under Agile methodologyActing as a Business Analyst and work with Digital Product Owner (DPO) & Card Product Owner (BPO) to go through design thinking process and generate high level business requirements & customer journey mapping assisted by Customer / Market researchDrive business & UIUX requirements grooming with Card Product & other project stakeholders and seek for management feedbackCreation of business epics and user stories with robust acceptance criteria in committed timescales - seeking endorsement / clearance from project stakeholders and risk stewards as requiredEnsuring digital deliverables meet DPO & BPO requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint testing, pre-release UAT and live testResponsible for in-depth impact analysis and technical feasibility study of customer journeys to support Front-end & Back-end solution designReview user journey design & copies prepared by UIUX team with project stakeholdersFacilitating the collaboration with specialists across disciplines such as DPO, BPO, Scrum Master, UIUX Designer, Tech Lead, Engineering, and Quality assuranceIdentify key risks, issues and interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies or escalation as appropriateWork closely with Card Product, Marketing and Digital Commercialization team for external & internal customer communication plan upon new product / major system enhancement launchThe Successful ApplicantStrong analytical ability and problem solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion.
