Job Description

  • Deliver on-site desktop support for VIP users in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide deskside assistance for PCs, printers, corporate phones, software applications, video conferencing setups, and other VIP-related IT needs.
  • Collaborate with approved suppliers to establish support agreements and deliver product-level technical advice and solutions.
  • Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce potential technical issues.
  • Restore desktop services using standard system images provided by the client.
  • For non-standard system images, provide hardware support only; escalate other issues as service requests.
  • Maintain and organize technical documentation, including software version updates, PC upgrade records, incident reports, and root cause analyses.
  • Offer professional, timely support to VIP users to ensure rapid issue resolution.
  • Manage and complete service requests assigned by the Level 1 Helpdesk team.
  • Oversee hardware maintenance and vendor coordination, including warranty repairs and upgrades based on client-provided documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: F.5/DSE or above; university degree preferred. ITIL 4 Foundation Certification required.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua; excellent Mandarin proficiency is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
