Job Description

As a Deputy General Manager - SEA, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for property management operations.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the property portfolio.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Driving improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in the Property industry, particularly in property management and operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent in Mandarin & English is a must
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.
