Job Description

  • Drive and oversee financial reporting under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
  • Strengthen and manage SOX compliance frameworks, with a focus on robust internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Partner with external auditors, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to support due diligence and special projects.
  • Establish and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems aligned with public company standards.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to enable sustainable global growth.
  • Mentor and develop finance talent, building a high-performing, future-ready finance function.
  • Collaborate across investor relations, legal, and operations to ensure strategic alignment during expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience from Big 4 and US-listed company
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance, including implementation and audit readiness
  • Proven track record in capital market transactions a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Director
