Job Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare insurance solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to healthcare solution development and implementation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong skills in programming languages, analytics software for data such as Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance operations, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
