Job Description

  • Facilitate and lead meetings/workshops with IT and Business units to define business visions and gather functional requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop artifacts such as epics, user stories, and workflows to maximize business value.
  • Define data requirements and ensure proper extraction and integration within the Adobe platform.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Engage with end users to validate that developed systems align with business needs and user expectations.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and performance meet business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Experience in Compliance or Legal-related IT projects is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and implementation abilities, with a proactive approach to project management.
  • Insurance domain is an advantage.
