Job Description

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform market strategy.
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to track and report on customer behavior and website performance.
  • Employ Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze customer feedback and sentiment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python, Google Analytics, BI tools, and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of NLP techniques and their application.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
