Job Description

  • Utilize new technologies and analytics innovations to enhance customer retention and expand the customer base.
  • Support marketing, customer service, and sales teams in improving sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with digital platforms to track customer journeys and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and support business decisions.
  • Develop business presentations to communicate analytical findings.
  • Document all analytical solutions developed.
  • Analyze and summarize data insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with strong programming skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience across the data analytics project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in identifying and validating data quality.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
  • Preferred experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance operations.
  • Experience with big data tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
