Job Description

  • Design and maintain scalable data warehouse models aligned with regulatory and business workflows
  • Build and refine ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple platforms
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation for migration and daily operations
  • Create dashboards and analytics reports using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to identify trends and operational insights
  • Convert business needs into technical data models, KPIs, and reporting specifications
  • Support data governance activities by monitoring data quality indicators
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve data issues and ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with analysts, product teams, and compliance stakeholders on reporting requirements
  • Assist in UAT sessions for data warehouse and analytics deliverables

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in a quantitative or technology‑related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in data analysis, warehousing, or BI within financial or public sector domains
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL in Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
  • Familiarity with dimensional modelling and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or ADF
  • Knowledge of MPF operations, financial reporting, or data privacy regulations is an advantage
  • Experience in large-scale data migration or digitalisation projects is beneficial
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
