Job Description

  • Understand, gather, and analyze requirements from various business units regarding their management information and reporting needs.
  • Develop well-designed data models in GCP and create visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau and JavaScript frameworks, enabling business units to track performance, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Automate end-to-end processes, including ELT (Extract, Load, Transform), data and dashboard refresh, and exceptional reporting, ensuring seamless communication with users.
  • Review and clarify analytics issues related to MI (Management Information) requests, including business definition and requirements, data translation, timeline management, performance monitoring, and portfolio analysis, in collaboration with business stakeholders to fulfill their needs and deliver business value.
  • Migrate existing reports to interactive visualization dashboards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information and data management within the retail banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and at least one of the following visualization tools: Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in GCP, BigQuery, Python, JavaScript, and VBA are highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing frontend web applications is a plus
