They are currently expanding their operations in the Hong Kong market.Job DescriptionCross-Functional CollaborationEstablish direct communication channels with customers, the Hong Kong Head of Sales, Headquarters in Switzerland, working with partners in Hong Kong & China, and transporters.Customer Service & ExportOversee order management for local and international retailers, spas, intercompany orders, and marketing initiatives (events, prospecting, etc.).Streamline the handling of purchase orders to reduce lead time and increase fulfillment rate.Manage order entry and updates in the ERP system, gather information and communicate with customers, affiliates, and retailers regarding orders and deliveries.Coordinate local and international transportation with carriers, prepare all necessary export documentation, such as order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, etc.Handle customers' invoicing.Ensure the electronic filing of all order-related documents.Sales, Inventory & Operations PlanningAssist the Head of Sales in activities related to customer accounts and the preparation of the monthly rolling forecast against the budget, based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.Manage and optimize stock levels to align with targets, implementing action plans for items with obsolete inventory to minimize liability.AccountingSupport the Group Finance department in activities related to customer accounts, including processing, accounting, and reconciliation of bank transactions (incoming payments, financial transactions, etc.).Manage accounts and monitor debtors, including verifying account statements, managing reminders, overseeing order blocking and release.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service and exports.Solid knowledge of accounting, accounts receivable, and inventory management.Fluent in English and Chinese.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Dynamic, self-motivated, and exceptional customer relations skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency with standard IT tools, including experience with an ERP system.What's on OfferThis position offers significant growth opportunities and an excellent career path within the company.
