The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience within banking, securities, brokerage, insurance, or other financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products and customer‑facing operations
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) preferred
