Job Description

The Customer Service Officer will be reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor in the company. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and requests from customers, preparing sales quotations, order processing and maintaining customer data on system. You will also provide after sales service including arranging pick-up, returns and repair requests. This role will require a close partnership with various departments in the company to ensure customer's satisfaction and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should have sales support or customer service experience. Candidates shall be passionate and skillful in providing quality service to customers. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to solve problems independently. You must have a good team work spirit and great interpersonal skill. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is necessary.
