About Our Client

Our client specialises in offering tailored shipping solutions for e-commerce platforms based in the APAC region. They are currently looking for a seasoned high calibre to carry out the leadership role as a Customer Service Manager.

Job Description

  • Act as the supervisor to lead the daily operations of the department
  • Handle high volume of corporate customer enquires and coordinate closely with the internal parties to solve the cases
  • Formulate guidelines and deliver training for customer service team to maintain quality service level
  • Work closely with the regional teams on customer satisfaction enhancements

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of Customer Service/ Client Success experience in the logistics industry is required
  • Solid experience in managing team and setting up SOP
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM system
