The Customer Service Manager will lead a team to focus on the customer service management for the company. Your team will support the business on managing customer order process, working closely with customers, driving process improvement, managing inventory and stock management and etc. This person will lead and work with internal teams on efficiency improvement projects and will drive change.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will must have strong customer service management experience and have previous people management experience. The candidate needs to come from luxury or premium industry background. The candidate will need to have experience in customer service management and inventory and stock management. This person will need to have previous experience in driving change within their organizing and leading new process improvement projects. You must have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills for this role.
