The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for defining and designing customer journey for the improvement of customer's on and offline experience. You will be responsible in analyzing reports, collecting customer feedback and identify strategies to increase customer satisfaction. You will work with various departments internally to implement these strategies and to roll out projects to drive efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a customer experience role. This person must have experience in designing customer journey and have a successful track record in improvement projects. This candidate must be customer-centric, analytical and have strong communications and interpersonal skills.
