About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest food and beverage groups with diversed business portfolios of fast good restaurants, bakery shops and food products. They are now looking for an experienced Customer Data Analytics Manager to further develop and manage its day to day data analytics exercises.
You will be reporting to Department Head and working closely with the CRM Manager on customer data analysis. You will be responsible for leading the data mining exercises and development of analytical model for long-term and short-term plans. You will also need to develop the data management framework, design data structure, and establish data definition. You will need to consolidate big data generated from various online and offline channels into data database for integration and data mining. You will provide business analysis results and reports for marketing strategic planning and modeling.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will need to have a degree in Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, Mathematics, Computer, Data mining. You will need to have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data minding, CRM, database marketing and market research. This position is suited for someone who is strong in web analysis sense and familiar the usage of various analytics and reporting tools- Cognos, Tableau, SAS, SPSS. Excellent communication in both written and spoken in English and Chinese is required for this role.
